Campground signage and directions from OH-188 are poor.
Take Stout Road off OH-188 northeast of Circleville.
Access road is paved, but narrow and hilly.
Entrance road is gravel ... with potholes.

Cons:

Many trees have been removed from the campground area, stumps remain.  Very sad to see.
No water at sites.
